Giles County, VA- Over the next few weeks, as we continue to highlight a few of the 2021 ACCE students, we hope you’ve taken a look at all our student posts on the website. ACCE stands for Access to Community College Education and is a program designed to provide tuition scholarships to New River Community College to Giles County graduates. The Muddy ACCE Race is a primary fundraiser to support the program. Here we have Aiden Morgan, a recent graduate from Narrows High School. All ACCE students have volunteer hour requirements as part of their successful enrollment in the program. In his volunteer time with Giles County Aiden has been stocking and delivering Visitor Guides and trail maps to area businesses and attractions. All ACCE students have also helped prepare for the Muddy ACCE Race.
