Ramp Construction 10/30/2022

About fifteen individuals, including seven ACCE students, collaborated to complete another “All In” service project. They built a ramp for a woman who is bedridden, making it easier for her to be transported via stretcher when necessary. The task only took about three hours because of the coordination and lively spirits of those involved. Each person’s heart was fully engulfed in the construction of the ramp. Everyone understood that this woman and her loved ones truly needed this simple yet valuable addition to their residence. They sacrificed a portion of their Sunday to assist someone in need, exhibiting sincere altruism: one of the ACCE Program’s fundamental values. This act of kindness provided some relief to the woman’s struggle, impacting her as well as her family. Thank you to everyone involved for your dedication to this project and your compassion for this family!
